I know it's extraordinary time and our daily basic routine has changed dramaticly. Most of us are staying in isolation, working from home when it's possible. We shouldn't panic, such a situation won't stay forever although all the precaucions are necessary to tackle the virus, therefore, it is important to reduce to absolutely minimum our social life! However, we don't have to give up on everything our wellbeing is important.
How many of us are still worried that not going to the gym will effect our life balance? We will gain weight, we will become fat and frustrated not mention our months trying to work on our fitness shape will disapear within 2 weeks time?
Staying home doesn't mean you should just lay on a couch wathching Netflix and eat tonnes of food! It's all about balance your diet and excercising home :)
