We are happy to announce that our Partner Nutritionist is the only Nirvana Instructor in UK at the moment. Big BRAVO to Gillian Lindsay!
Nirvana it's a combination of flow movements and breathing technique. It helps to regenerate and relax body. Special moves are accompanied by relaxing music. In this music you have sequences (gong) which gives you the idea when breath in and out properly. Whole workout is done in a circle.

Gillian is organising her first Nirvana class on Tuesday 23rd April at Penny Lane Development Trust @1.30pm to 2.30pm (max 10people class). She is planning to have another class on Mondays too.
